Description of goods
Have A Dog Day makes every effort to provide an accurate description of goods, including photographs where available. Please ensure that you have read the descriptions before agreeing to purchase

Payment
When making an online purchase payment is by debit/credit card (via PayPal), Personal Cheque or Postal Order only. Once Have A Dog Day receives notification of your order we will send an e-mail confirmation. Should the goods be faulty/damaged the customer must return the goods within 7 days, unused and with their original packaging. All monies will be refunded once Have A Dog Day have received the returned goods and checked they are in an acceptable state. Any breakages or damages deemed to be the result of the customer will be deducted from the total refund.
Personalised items will not be ordered until payment has cleared and non-refundable

Products
Not all of our products are kept in stock as we sometimes order direct from the manufacturer. If for whatever reason an item you have ordered is unavailable we will contact you to discuss an alternative product and refund in full if necessary

Delivery
Delivery charges apply dependent upon the total weights ordered which will be reflected in the Shopping Basket throughout the purcashe - discounts on postage are available with prior agreement
